IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome a Customer Service Assistant to join our fantastic team.
As a Customer Relations Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and supportive voice that turns challenges into solutions and visitors into lifelong fans. WHAT WE OFFER
* The start date of employment will be: 27th July 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
* 12 hours weekend-only working on Saturday and Sunday.
* 16 and 24-hour shifts, 4/5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Availability to work evenings until 9.30 pm.
* Flexibility can be discussed during the interview to match your needs and our business requirements.

* You prefer to take initiative, manage several responsibilities, and value teamwork while being able to work independently.
* You have a customer-first mindset, making customers feel valued and supported.
* You are computer literate and comfortable working with technology.
* You can maintain composure when dealing with various customers and complex complaints.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Supporting customers at checkouts and returns desks efficiently.
* Greeting and welcoming customers warmly to set a positive shopping experience.
* Using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Handling all returns accurately and escalating product issues immediately.
