They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience

Responsibilities:

* In your role as a Live Support Administrator, you will manage incoming customer cases and ensure that we provide both responses and resolutions in a timely manner. You will carry out high-level monitoring of our live data outputs, provide resolutions to both live and post-game queries and define clear escalation paths to the relevant stakeholders.
* You will work closely with your colleagues and team lead, ensuring that the incident registers are kept up to date for weekly review calls, both internal & externally & also collect any requested weekly metrics on issues faced and delivery KPI's.
* The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting are essential.
* This role is live sports calendar based, so may include weekend and evening shifts.


Required Qualifications:

* Live monitoring using Stats Perform products and client sites. 
* Live customer care via our operational tools.
* Updating live reports using the Microsoft suite and sharing with the business. 
* Planning daily coverage and workloads – including video sources. 
* Escalating issues of note immediately and through the right channels. 
* Displaying a professional attitude and enthusiasm. 
* Creating process documents for each coverage and monitoring task. 
* Liaising with other areas of the business to discuss your findings and reports. 
* Meet or exceed all performance and production goals and delivering to the organisation set standard.
