Warehouse and Office Assistant Job Summary\The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of all inventories into the warehouse, as well as the picking, packing and shipments of outbound orders.\This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.\Key Responsibilities:\\Warehouse Operations:\Ensure accurate receipt and storage of inventory\Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately\Process shipments through courier portals\Collaborate with internal customers on a daily basis to communicate status and shipments\Report any problems to the Supply Chain manager in a timely manner\Maintain a safe and efficient working environment\Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy\Manage returns through SAP and CRM\Perform other duties as instructed by your manager\Office Duties:\Assist the supply chain department on special projects or tasks as required\Support other departments on special projects or tasks as needed\Provide administrative support as required\Comply with governmental and corporate policies, procedures and regulations\Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures\Other duties as instructed by the line manager\Essential Skills and Qualifications:\\Excellent organizational and communication skills\Ability to work independently and
