Overview
One Aftersales are recruiting for an Aftersales Demand Generation Manager on a full time permanent basis. Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of aftersales marketing and programmes to increase customer retention and maximise profitability through the Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA and ŠKODA workshops. You will work on programmes to maintain existing customers, marketing to regain lost, and acquire new customers including maximising margin and volume contribution for both.
Responsibilities
* Deliver aftersales marketing programmes to increase customer retention and maximise profitability across multiple brands (Volkswagen, VW Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA, ŠKODA).
* Develop product management and campaign strategies; manage campaigns from conception to execution.
* Manage agencies, including CRM, media and PPC activities.
* Apply analytical skills and data insights to identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
* Plan and deliver projects and campaigns with strong stakeholder engagement.
* Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, across a wide audience including senior management.
* Prioritise workload to balance short-term actions with strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness.
