Skills and experience should include: Minimum of 2.1 Bachelors Degree in Electronics or related discipline. 5 years commercial digital and analogue design experience. Design of high reliability systems. Some High speed digital design and high bandwidth analog design experience. Experience of Digital to Analog and Analog to Digital converters. PCB design. Exposure to Embedded C, FPGA/VHDL, Communication protocols, Microcontrollers.
