Yorkshire Talent Partners are recruiting for a well established Lincolnshire based company, who have a couple of sites in and around Lincoln. Due to continued business growth, they are recruiting for a creative Brand and Marketing Manager, to work across both sites, and to report into the CEO.
This is an exciting position for someone who is wanting to develop within a growing business, who has a design/creative/branding background, and who wants to be part of taking the business to the next stage of their growth plan.
As the creative Brand Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to bring the brand vision to life through compelling content and strategic execution. This is a fast-paced, action-oriented role where you’ll actively create and manage content, ensure brand consistency, and drive engagement across social media and other channels to build community and amplify their presence. You’ll take high-level ideas, infuse them with your creative perspective, and make sure they get executed flawlessly. It's all about doing and delivering results.
Please note that this position is office based and requires someone with a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
The position offers:
* A salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
* Free parking at both sites
* Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, 1 hour lunch
* 23/24 days holiday (20 days + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays)

Responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing creative content strategies for social media, including ideation, production, and scheduling.
* Creating high-quality, on-brand content such as posts, graphics, videos, and stories for social channels.
* Collaborating on brand initiatives, providing fresh creative input to refine concepts and ensure seamless rollout across platforms.
* Managing day-to-day social media operations, including posting, responding to interactions, and growing the online presence.
* Creating engaging newsletters and campaigns.
* Working across 2 sites, both based within Lincolnshire (drivers licence and own vehicle required).
* Attending trade shows and exhibitions.
* Occasional international travel may be required.
Qualifications & skills required:
* 3-5 years of experience in a creative, brand, or content-focused role, with proven hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
* Degree/qualification within marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
* Highly action-oriented, creative, and execution-focused individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snap Chat, etc.) for organic content and community building.
* Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused. A can-do attitude is a must!
* Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Canva, or similar.
* Excellent understanding of branding principles, audience engagement, and storytelling.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting.
* Proficient in relevant tools and platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (basic), Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify, WordPress, and content management systems.
