My client is seeking to recruit a number of Site Engineers in Aylesbury with Structures, Drainage, or Earthworks experience.
The Site Engineer is responsible on site for supervising junior engineers and assisting in construction operations.
You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, and materials to carry out work activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
You will be responsible for working with other members of the setting-out team, overseeing the performance and development of junior engineers, and identifying and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub-Agent. You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets contractual requirements.
Ensuring the team has all current information and resources needed, you will assist with producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.

About The Candidate
* HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering related fields
* Must hold the following competencies:
o CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red (Experienced), Black (Manager), or Gold (Supervisor)
* Practical knowledge and application of site engineering activities, combined with construction supervision skills
* Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures, or drainage is essential for this role
