Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting customers in understanding and reducing their energy consumption.
2. Carrying out safe smart meter installations and maintenance.
3. Providing excellent customer service and energy efficiency advice.
4. Adapting to various customer environments and ensuring safety standards.
5. Collaborating with colleagues and continuously updating your skills.
6. Performing risk assessments and using safety equipment properly.
Preferred experience includes RTS/MRMM/THTC certifications.
Systems used: Safety Culture, Bybox, Zeno, Smartphone/Handheld device
Qualifications and experience needed:
* CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma
* At least 6 months experience as a Smart Energy Engineer or Dual Fuel Meter Installer
* Full manual driving license (up to 6 points)
* Strong desire to learn and adapt
* Alignment with OVO values and customer-focused attitude
* Comfortable communicating in customer homes
* Good multitasking and time management skills
