We are currently seeking a Head Waiter to join our Front of House team at Oswald's, our beautifully appointed private member's club located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. What you will do: Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests. To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times. To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times. To assist and supervise Junior Waiters. To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
