Are you a natural leader with experience on production lines? Join a well:established logistics company at their Minworth depot as a Production Line Leader, driving efficiency, quality, and safety on the floor.
Shifts: Afternoons : Monday to Friday, 13 15
What you ll do:
Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet production targets. Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Train new starters and support team development. Monitor and minimise waste while improving processes. Report issues promptly and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
What we re looking for:
Experience managing production lines or teams. Knowledge of health and safety and quality standards. Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Ability to hit targets and manage labour effectively.
