Employee Relations Advisor Vacancy Available
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year
Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Leeds who are looking to bring in an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis. As a part of the package, this organisation is offering a CIPD level 5 fully funded apprenticeship to the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Providing an operationally focused HR service by providing advice, support and managing employee relations cases
2. Resolving challenging situations whilst driving best fit and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation
3. Working closely with Key stakeholders across the business and advise them on current legislation, help identify risk and offer solutions
4. Providing HR guidance, support and expertise to managers and employees in line with policy, practice and legislation
5. Acting as facilitator with managers with Employee Relations Cases grievance, disciplinary, absence and capability investigations and hearings developing their capabilities and skills around people management
The successful candidate must:
6. Have 1-3 years of ER experience
7. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
