Your Role as a Support Worker:
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals
• Assist with daily routines, meals, and medication
• Support individuals on outings, walks, and activities to encourage independence and well-being
• Receive a thorough induction for each client, plus ongoing training to support your development
