What You’ll Do:
* Deliver engaging lessons that meet national curriculum standards, tailored to primary students’ needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where students feel motivated and supported.
* Manage classroom behaviour to keep students focused and on task.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a smooth learning experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Primary Teacher: Hold QTS (or in the process of obtaining it).
* Experience: Proven experience in primary education, with flexibility to teach various subjects.
* Enhanced DBS: Must be registered with the Update Service (or willing to apply).
* Passion for Teaching: A genuine desire to inspire and support young learners.
* Strong Communication: Able to create positive connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Organisation Skills: Effective at managing workloads and adapting to different teaching environments.
