Location: Worthing, West Sussex – Supported Living Service Salary: £13.85 per hour (reviewed annually) Hours: 36 hours per week (Days) 17.94 hours per week (Nights) Contract: Permanent Requirement: Full UK driving licence required for day roles (automatic accepted, held for 1 year) Make a Real Difference as a Support Worker in Worthing Join SDR as a Support Worker and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a warm and affectionate young individual who enjoys building meaningful relationships, sharing humour, and celebrating achievements. The individual has autism, a learning disability, and mental health conditions, including psychosis, which can sometimes result in high anxiety and vivid hallucinations. You will play a key role in providing calm, consistent, and compassionate support to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing. The individual enjoys: Music and dancing Long drives and cars Cooking and bowling Cinema trips Your role will focus on supporting independence, building confidence, and creating positive daily experiences while ensuring safety, structure, and emotional support.
