Role Responsibilities include:
* Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
* Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
* Pro Active in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
* Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have the following...
* Previous experience working in the new homes industry.
* Full Driving Licence is required
* Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to situations.
* Ability to work Thu - Mon (Weekends are essential)
