City Group Managed Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. Working across a variety of sites, you'll help maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard while enjoying a supportive team environment and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Seasonal Contract: March–October each year, with the potential to move into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate.
What We Offer:
* £12.75 per hour
* Monday to Friday daytime hours
* Temp-to-perm opportunity
* Additional winter gritting night shifts available at £300 per shift

* Varied outdoor work across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities:
* Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and pruning
* General grounds maintenance and landscaping duties
* Litter picking and maintaining site cleanliness
* Operating handheld machinery and maintenance equipment
* Assisting with seasonal and reactive works as required
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to obtain a clear DBS/CRB check
* Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Desirable Skills:
* Tractor driving experience
* Hard landscaping experience
