Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable ICT Supply Teacher to join the school on a temporary basis for the remainder of the academic year. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning in ICT, ensuring continuity of education and contributing to student engagement and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging ICT lessons that support the school curriculum and meet the needs of students.
Plan and deliver effective learning activities in line with school policies and expectations.
Monitor and support student progress, adapting lessons for different abilities.
Maintain classroom order and support positive behaviour.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure learning objectives are met across the department.Essential Skills & Experience
Relevant ICT knowledge and experience in a secondary school setting or similar environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage students.
Confident classroom presence with good behaviour management.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Desirable
Teaching qualification or experience working in education support.
Experience with KS3/KS4 ICT or Computing teaching.Benefits
