No weekends – ever! Work Monday to Friday and keep your weekends free.
Earn while you learn:
* Year 1: £18,000
* Year 2: £24,000
* Year 3: £30,000 + bonus potential
* On completion: £35,500 + bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing This isn’t just a course – it’s your launchpad into the automotive world.
Over 3 years, you’ll:
* Train on the job at our Redhill site
* Work alongside and be mentored by a qualified BMW Technician
* Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain cutting-edge BMW & MINI vehicles
* Build real confidence in a real workshop environment
You’ll also get:
* Regular check-ins with a BMW expert to support your development
* Classroom training at the BMW Group Training Academy in Reading
By the end of your apprenticeship, you won’t just have experience you’ll have industry-recognised qualifications:
* IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance Technician
* IMI Level 3 Automotive Refrigeration Handling
* IMI Level 2 Electric / Hybrid Vehicles
* IMI Accreditation Service Maintenance Technician
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Technician at Vines, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines — you’ll be hands‑on from day one.
You’ll learn how to:
* Service, maintain, and repair BMW & MINI vehicles
* Diagnose faults using advanced BMW technology and tools
* Work on everything from engines to high‑tech electrical systems
Train on cars of the future! This isn’t ordinary training. This is BMW‑level training — designed to put you ahead of the game.
You’ll get the chance to:
* Work on the latest models, engines, and diagnostic equipment
* Build skills in cutting‑edge areas like:
o Electrification (hybrid & electric vehicles)
o Digitalisation and smart vehicle tech
Every day is different. One minute you could be:
* Fixing a real customer vehicle
* Using specialist BMW diagnostic systems
* Learning directly from experienced technicians
By the end, you won’t just understand cars — you’ll understand the technology driving the future of the automotive industry.
About You

Application Criteria
* GCSE English (Grade A*–C / 9–4 or equivalent)
* GCSE Maths (Grade A*–C / 9–4 or equivalent)
* At least one other subject at the same level
