The Opportunity
Are you an experienced property accounts professional ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and rapidly expanding department? Eddison's is seeking a Property Management Accountant who can expertly oversee our financial operations and drive team success.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of two Accounts staff, fostering growth and excellence in a supportive yet performance-driven environment.
* Proficiently use Property Management Software and collaborate with a third-party accountant to ensure timely and accurate accounts delivery.
* Own and manage cash book analysis, VAT returns, and purchase ledger operations.
* Provide leadership and mentorship in a fast-evolving department, aligning with Eddison's' values of adaptability, ambition, authenticity, and approachability.
About You:
* Proven track record in property management accounts—prior experience is essential.
* Confident and capable in working with property management systems and coordinating with external accountants to finalise accounts.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
