Sales Specialist – Fall Protection
Area - Northeast of England, Cumbria and Scotland
Salary - £45K-£46K per annum + Sales Incentive Pay up to 20%
My client is a global manufacturer, and they are now looking for a Fall Protection Sales Specialist for the Personal Safety Division of the company. Your responsibilities in the role –
* Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan
* Identifying and wining opportunities as required under sales plan
* Work with end customers to advise and promote company Fall Protection Solutions
* Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
* Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required
Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally and be able to build excellent customer relationships
* A self-starter/self-motivated with a drive to succeed with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - written and verbal Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.
* Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective
* Have a passion for sales and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable
* Ability to develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors
* Ability to ensure accurate communication of product updates and development
* Strong negotiation skills
* Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data
* Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
