Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Your Move Branch in Sittingbourne as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be provided, however we do require relevant transferrable skills in customer service, targets, and under pressure etc In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £27,000 Guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
