Our client is a well-established executive search firm with a diverse and prestigious client base spanning the Arts, Finance and Not-for-Profit sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support the Head of the Arts practice.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong diary management skills who is looking to further develop their career and potentially progress towards a Personal Assistant role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing complex diary scheduling and coordinating interviews
* Producing high-quality documentation and reports
* Liaising professionally with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders
* Supporting the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks
* Anticipating challenges, “managing up” and ensuring the Director is well supported at all times
About You:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities
* Experienced in diary management and senior stakeholder liaison
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interested in developing administrative expertise within a professional services environment
