Job Description
3. Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
4. Communicate with German-speaking clients to resolve payment queries and maintain strong relationships.
5. Prepare and analyse financial reports related to accounts receivable activities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
7. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
8. Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
9. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German Speaking Accounts Receivable professional should have:
11. Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
12. Experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting and finance role would be an advantage but not essential
13. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
14. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
16. Knowledge of the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential
