Responsibilities:
1. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and identify potential issues. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the condition of properties, including recommendations for repairs and improvements. Project Management: Oversee maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and building codes. Budget Management: Manage budgets for maintenance projects, ensuring efficient use of resources. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities.
