We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join one of our key clients, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Your expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools will be essential in creating effective campaigns and optimising their performance.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives,
* including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across various platforms, such as Paid Search, Social Media and SEO to drive targeted brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.
* Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify target audience segments and develop personalised marketing campaigns.
* Brief new and optimise existing landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and digital content to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web operations, insights and analytics, design and content, as well as paid media agencies to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital marketing activity.
* Conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email, content and web.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Adobe/Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful digital marketing content.
* Strong project management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
