You will be responsible for ensuring full contractual compliance, strong operational performance, and high-quality service delivery across all sites.This is a varied and mobile positionsuited to someone who enjoys working across different sites, managing operational challenges, and contributing to a collaborative facilities management team.This is a key leadership role, managing a technical team and subcontractors while acting as the main engineering point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.As a Technical Facilities Manager you'll:Manage day-to-day delivery of all hard FM and M&E services across designated sitesEnsure statutory, mandatory, and compliance requirements are fully metLead and develop the on-site technical team, including performance and trainingManage subcontractor performance and ensure service quality standards are achievedOversee PPM schedules, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle planningMaintain and update asset data and CAFM systemsCarry out site visits, audits, and quality checksPrepare quotations for reactive works and small project activityEnsure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company proceduresSupport asset strategy, including mobilisation, demobilisation, and portfolio optimisationBuild and maintain strong relationships with client representatives across all sitesSupport employee engagement, team performance, and continuous improvement initiativesManage budgets, cost control, and service performance against KPIs and SLAsWhat we're looking for:Minimum 5 years' experience within Facilities Management, with responsibility for hard services.Proven experience in building services, M&E, or hard FM environmentsStrong leadership experience managing technical or engineering teamsClient-facing experience with the ability to build strong working relationshipsStrong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance frameworksExperience managing subcontractors and service delivery partnersConfident using CAFM systems and managing asset dataStrong organisational and decision-making skills under pressureWillingness and flexibility to travel regularly across our sitesQualifications (Essential)IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH CertificateBackground in mechanical/electrical/building services discipline (City & Guilds or equivalent)Strong understanding of H&S and statutory compliance requirementsDesirableAuthorised Person status (discipline specific)Experience with ISO standards or internal auditingKnowledge of Legionella and water hygiene managementWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
