Carden Park Hotel has vacancies for Restaurant Supervisors in three of our fabulous Restaurants; The Vines - Fine Dining Restaurant with 3 AA Rosettes | Redmonds Brasserie | Elements Spa Restaurant We’re looking for experienced Restaurant Supervisors to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant at Carden Park. These are hands-on roles suited to individuals who are organised, reliable, and comfortable leading a team in a busy service environment. If you are passionate about guest service and have a love for fine food, we are waiting to hear from you. Your day with Team Carden: Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Support and guide the team during service Maintain consistent standards of food, service and cleanliness Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a timely manner Assist with opening and closing duties inclduing cash handling. Support with the training and development of team members Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies About you Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant Able to lead by example and support a team effectively Calm and organised under pressure Clear communication and good problem-solving skills Reliable, with a strong work ethic Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends Enjoy a 40 hour contract, working a variety of shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends. Salary of up to £28,000 per annum Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
