Overview
Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Ely & Bury Branch. 17.5 hours per week with a starting salary of £26,180 pro-rata (base salary £24,000 pro-rata plus £500 flexible benefit and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related).
For our customers, you’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem solver across in-branch transactions, technology assistance, phone interactions and fraud prevention. You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-skilled branch team and offer flexible, varied support to customers.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

* Part-time permanent branch-based role, 17.5 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
* Based across the Bury & Ely branches
