The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Joiner — ideally multi‑skilled — to join a well‑established team supporting tenants across the North Lincolnshire region. You’ll carry out a range of repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks in domestic social housing properties.
Duties Include
1. Responsive and planned carpentry repairs
2. Kitchen and door installations
3. Basic multi‑trade tasks (preferred)
4. Ensuring all work ispleted safely and to high standards
5. Providing excellent customer service to tenants
What You’ll Need
6. Proven experience as a Joiner
7. Social housing experience (preferred but not essential)
8. Multi‑skilled ability is a bonus.
9. Full UK Driving Licence
