Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Holiday:28 days in addition to public holiday Legal experience preferred Job purpose: To provide support to the Private Client Department. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Audio typing, preparing and amending draft documents. 2. Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails. 3. Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and assisting clients in the absence the fee earner. 4. Making appointments and assisting with queries. 5. Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed file storage. 6. Assisting other members of the Private Client Support team and liaising with other members of staff as appropriate. 7. Providing dictation support to other offices as needed. 8. Liaising with Accounts Department to obtain cheques, print-outs etc., as necessary. 9. Providing reception cover when required.
