The Guest Experience Assistant is a key role within our hotels. You are the first impression a guest will have upon arrival at the hotel so providing a warm, friendly, helpful welcome, the service they receive during their stay and when they leave is extremely important.
What will I do?
1. Assist guests with reservations, bar and, activity bookings
2. Keep up to date with knowledge of facilities, pricing and promotions
3. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
4. Administering check-ins and check-outs, assigning rooms
5. Providing front desk services to guests
6. Assigning rooms
7. Deal with guest enquiries and/or complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
8. Coordinate guest requests and bookings with other hotel functions (Golf, Spa, Leisure)
9. Assist with the co-ordination and delivery of dining, events and food & beverage services
10. Complete night audits
11. Ensure the public areas are cleaned
12. Serve drinks at the bar
13. Set up of conference rooms
14. Night room service
15. Flexibility to work in other areas of Guest Experience as and when required (reception, bookings, retail, food & beverage, enquiries, memberships, maintenance and housekeeping, spa & leisure)
