About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced trauma or disrupted education. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create a calm, safe, and structured environment where every child feels valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with pupils
* Support the delivery of a nurturing, trauma-informed curriculum
