<div><p>We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong interest in organisational development and learning. This is a great opportunity to help shape and deliver our training and development offer—supporting colleagues to thrive and enabling the organisation to deliver its strategic priorities.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Working closely with managers, stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will provide high-quality HR advice while playing a key role in identifying, delivering and evaluating learning and development activity across the organisation.</li><li>Source and manage external providers where needed, ensuring value for money and quality delivery.</li><li>Evaluate learning impact and assess return on investment—using feedback, data and outcomes to continuously improve our offer.</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with hands‑on facilitation and delivery of training and development activity.</li><li>Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.</li><li>Ability to analyse learning needs, use data to evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.</li><li>Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within budgets.</li><li>Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.</li></ul></div>
