We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and well-resourced SEN Resource Base within a mainstream primary school in Handsworth. About the Role: * You will lead a small group of 9 pupils with a range of ages (Reception to Year 6), though most are working at EYFS/KS1 developmental levels. * The children are predominantly non-verbal and have high sensory needs * There is no challenging behaviour * You’ll work alongside supportive and experienced TAs in the class. Ideal Candidate: * Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN, especially Autism. * A nurturing, patient and flexible approach to teaching and learning. * Skilled at adapting lessons for pupils with complex learning needs. * Passionate about inclusive education and creating an engaging, safe space for children to thrive.
