* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities coupled with a methodical approach.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
