We're supporting a rapidly growing UK cargo airline in their search for an experienced Technical Records Administrator to join their Engineering/CAMO team .
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused aviation professional to join a forward-thinking operator at an exciting stage of expansion. You'll play a key role in maintaining aircraft technical records, supporting compliance and audit readiness, and ensuring the continued airworthiness of a modern long-haul cargo fleet.
The Role The Technical Records Administrator will be responsible for inputting, reviewing, and maintaining aircraft records within the company's engineering management system (AMOS), while ensuring all technical documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll support the Maintenance Planning/AMP Manager in organising current and archived records, coordinating reports, and assisting with inspections and renewals across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities: Input flight hours, cycles, defects, and component data into AMOS
Raise and manage work orders, MAREPs, and PIREPs
Review, verify, and archive completed maintenance work packages
Maintain accurate aircraft logbooks and technical documentation
Prepare aircraft reports and records for internal and external audits
Support maintenance planning, ARC renewals, and utilisation reporting
Liaise with planning, technical services, and materials teams to ensure seamless information flow
Promote continuous improvement across systems and procedures
About You: You'll be proactive, accurate, and highly organised, with a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance records and the regulatory environment. You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and compliance are key.
You'll bring:
Experience within aircraft technical records or maintenance planning
Working knowledge of AMOS (or similar aviation maintenance systems)
Excellent administration, organisation, and IT skills (MS Office proficient)
Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive approach
Adaptability and the ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure
The Package: £40,000 per annum
Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 from home)
33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
