What you’ll be doing:Managing a busy caseload of legal aid files with confidence and careWorking directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical, compassionate advicePreparing and progressing advocacy matters, negotiating outcomes that truly make a differenceCollaborating with senior lawyers and partners to build strong client relationshipsSupporting business development and helping raise the profile of the team What we’re looking for:A qualified solicitor with experience in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse mattersSomeone who can manage their own files with minimal supervisionExcellent client care skills and a genuine passion for family lawOrganised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectivelyExceptional communication skills, with a sensitive and client-focused approach to understanding needs and delivering the best possible outcome.
