These roles are vital in supporting the delivery and quality assurance of accredited courses, particularly in the care sector. We are currently recruiting: - Care Assessors - Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) Our community learning programmes are designed to be inclusive, person-centred, and focused on improving skills, confidence, and wellbeing. Essential Requirements: - Relevant qualifications and experience in assessment and/or internal quality assurance - Up-to-date knowledge of sector standards and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a casual staffing model - Commitment to the values and mission of The Lighthouse Learning Trust - Enhanced DBS check (required for all successful candidates) Key Responsibilities: Assessors: - Conduct learner assessments in line with course objectives and standards - Provide constructive feedback and support learner progression - Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews IQAs: - Monitor and evaluate assessment practices to ensure consistency and quality - Support assessors with guidance and feedback - Contribute to continuous improvement of adult education learning provision Closing date: 21st October 2025 Interviews will take place as and when suitable applications are received.
