Your Responsibilities Will Include
1. Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulations
2. Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance
3. Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
4. Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge
6. Support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as required
What We're Looking For
7. You Should Have:
A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety Registered with the IFSM, IFE or similar competency scheme Experienced within the fire industry Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation Exceptional communication skills — the ability to engage and inform clients with ease A proactive, problem-solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth
