About you- who we are looking for
* Experience with electrical
* Basic plumbing, heating, joinery and painting/ decorating works is desirable
* A current driving license is essential
* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
* A team player, willing to take on challenges to keep our business running well and looking its best at all times
About the role
* Conducting routine inspections of our premises and equipment
* Performing preventative maintenance
* Handling basic repairs and maintenance
* Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
* Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
* Taking apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
* Check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary
* Use of common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, sanders and wrenches
