The Role
Weâre hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to help run and grow our social media presence.
Youâll be responsible for creating standout content, spotting trends before everyone else, engaging with our community, and helping build one of the most fun FMCG brands online.
This role reports into the Senior Brand Manager and sits at the heart of the marketing team.

What Youâll Be Doing
* Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin.
* Capture and edit content for reels, stories and static posts
* Plan and schedule posts, manage the content calendar, and interact with our audience.
* Monitor performance across platforms and report on engagement, reach, impressions and follower growth, and use the insights to make the next content even better.
* Help manage and optimise our TikTok Shop
* Run influencer campaigns by briefing creators through our influencer agency and finding new emerging creators
* Help keep our website fresh and up to date with the latest brand campaigns and content.
* Help manage our email database and create engaging newsletters that drive traffic and build brand love.

To apply, you should have:
* Experience in an FMCG marketing role
* Experience creating content for social media (ideally for a brand)
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms
* Experience using Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools
* Strong copywriting ability
* A good eye for content creation and experience using video editing tools like CapCut or Edits
* Experience using Canva (Adobe skills are a bonus)
* Ability to track and interpret social media performance
* Confidence using data to improve results
* Youâll need a drivers license to get to the office.
