Your Role Will Include
Providing tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum
Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent and compassionate support
Adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
Is patient, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
Understands SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
Possesses excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Is eager to engage in ongoing training and contribute to whole-school life
