Electrical Maintenance Engineer Southbank, London £47,000 We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a high end residential property based in Southbank, you'll receive a generous salary, an out standing package including a pension scheme of up to 14%, private health and dental care, childcare and additional training. In this role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, actively fault find and troubleshoot, diagnose faults, carry out general building maintenance, update site logbooks and ensure you are keeping the client satisfied with the service provided. This is a static role, following a fixed Monday - Friday schedule, 45 hour working week The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be fully qualified in Electrical installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance, possess a great understanding of building services, live within commutable distance and have an excellent client facing attitude.
