Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid) needed in West Bridgford, £23.70ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1558533 The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background and experience acting for local authorities in both freehold and leasehold land transactions and be capable of managing a busy case list. The work will include handling land disposals, some acquisitions, advising on commercial landlord and tenant cases which may be link to school sites and vesting declarations. The role is hybrid however occasional office attendance will require for office based tasks when managing legal completions and inspecting deeds etc. We can be flexible with the working pattern and hours however we are looking for minimum of 25hrs per week ideally over 5 days (including Monday) This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
