Overview
The Clinical Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Specialist Registered Nurse for Mental Health (RMN) to provide enhanced care for patients with mental health needs or cognitive impairment.
Please note, if you are invited to interview you must provide evidence of your GCSE Maths & English.
Responsibilities
* Supporting patients with cognitive impairment or mental health needs whilst in hospital
* Providing enhanced care observations
* Working collaboratively with the acute health care teams to ensure patients needs are met
