Responsibilities
* Operate the weighbridge and accurately record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles and paying out customers
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports as needed
* Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, taking phone calls
* Arrange recovery collections, advise on prices, work out routes, and make phone calls to customers.
