What you’ll be doing?
· Leading all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration.
· Defining integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model.
· Identifying synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
· Leading cross-functional teams and ensure clear decision-making pathways.
· Developing and overseeing integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
· Producing board-ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups.
· Driving change management and communication strategies to support integration.
· Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond.
· Providing hands-on delivery support where required to unblock progress.
Who are we looking for?
· Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes.
· Strong project and portfolio management capability.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable.
· A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus.
· Able to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level.
· Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies.
