The role
Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis in Peterborough.
The role is available, working a minimum of 2 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys

Fee split on all surveys carried out£50,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on agreed working days and workloadHoliday PayPI InsuranceRICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions)Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipmentTo be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
Minimum AssocRICS or higherRegistered Valuer statusUK Driving LicenseOwn CarHigh attention to detail Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 SurveysAs a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including: Mortgage Valuations Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
