Reporting directly to our Head of Client Acquisition (PBSR/BTR), you'll be instrumental in supporting our rapid expansion of an innovative rental advertising product into the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors.
This brand-new role is integral to our success.
You'll be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our listings and tenancy processes and providing first-class support to our growing network of PBSA and BTR operators across the country.

Key responsibilities: Listing and data management: Manage and meticulously maintain accurate property listings for PBSA and BTR operators nationwide.
Upload new properties and ensure all information is up-to-date and compliant with platform standards.
Generate and distribute regular lead reports to accommodation operators, providing key insights.
Financial and tenancy support: Validate and track successful tenancies to support the financial reconciliation process efficiently.
Act as a key point of contact for operators, delivering exceptional communication and swift problem resolution.
Operational excellence and system use: Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage data, workflows, and partner integrations efficiently.
Identify and resolve issues quickly, thinking on your feet to maintain smooth operations.
Support the internal team with reporting, data validation, and any ad hoc business support tasks as required.
Skills and experience: At least 3 years' proven experience in a business support role, ideally within a tech company or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
Experience working within the student accommodation market is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using Salesforce and other CRM systems are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and email, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
An effective problem solver with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
