We are currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Manager to join our amazing team at The Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch.

The Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch is a 5-star property that combines the grandeur of a Grade2 listed Baroque style building with laid-back personalized service, forming the perfect alchemy. We are located in the centre of Shoreditch, famed for its buzzing nightlife and eccentric charm. Our facilities consist of 128 guest rooms and suites, a unique restaurant concept, 3 bars including a roof top bar, 11 event spaces, a 196-seat screening room, 2 lane bowling alley, luxurious spa, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Main Responsibilities
As an experienced F&B Manager Youll be responsible for ensuring the Restaurant/s run efficiently during breakfast and lunch service and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
Youll be a great leader, effectively supporting and leading the team, be polite, courteous, and professional. Under your leadership, the team will always provide a memorable and efficient service to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members and senior management.
Follow stock and control procedures and adhere to food safety and health and safety requirements.
To ensure that all menus and promotional material displayed in the Restaurants are up to date and accurate at all times.
About you
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise and tracking and reviewing feedback to implement long term customer satisfaction solutions.
Strong communication skills through a variety of means
High attention to detail and accuracy great at managing ones own time and the time of the team.
Ability to stay calm and work under pressure.
Essential skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar establishment
Composed and confident.
In the know has a network(s), is a decision maker, is a source of approval that others seek out.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment.
